Shipping policy

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day after your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. Gear, furniture and special-order items may take longer depending on inventory and vendor availability. Product-specific lead times are noted in the product listing where available. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible domestic orders of $75 or more. Furniture is excluded from free shipping, including cribs, gliders and Stokke Tripp Trapp chairs. Furniture shipping charges are shown at checkout; Stokke Tripp Trapp chairs ship at a $22 flat rate where available. International orders are excluded from the domestic free-shipping offer.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Product-specific shipping or pickup restrictions apply as noted in the listing. Orders containing furniture may still have shipping charges even when the cart total is $75 or more.

Local pickup

Local pickup at Barracks Road is available for eligible in-stock items when offered at checkout. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before visiting. Gear and special-order pickup times may vary.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact ashley@greenbeanbabyboutique.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
